Default vjb adjustments

so its better to do plyos and weights in the same day. does it matter which one u do first cas i cant do plyos fist cas of some issues i cant do it in the morning

Do plyos first theyre meant to be done with full intensity you won't be able to do it after strength training. Do plyos after school and rest a few hours and do strength training thats what I do.
