Lil Saint did you just post an affiliate link? I have ATh advantage and I think it is an excellent program. I like it better than TVP but then again Vert Coach is half in cahoots with Luke Lowry. The best reviews are at the Vertical jump homepage. They seem much less biased.

Athletic Advantage is way better than tvp, vjb,gmv and any other crap program out there, it's the only program out there with easy excersices and customizable programs available and it has a nutrition guide, and it tells you a recovery plan for post workouts, to me I think it's way better.

I hope you werent refering to VJB as a crap program. Just because you may not of experienced fast gains on it compared to athletic advantage. I bet you havent even done 1 full program of it.

Im not trying to start an argument or w/e but think before you say. Coz after keeping at VJB for a year i have had excellent gains and you have to be doing a program for a long while before you can judge how good it is.

well its been a year now, in gains about 20 inch on my right leg total, 15 on my left and about 12-14 standing, during that time my squats also gone from 1x bodyweight almost 2x bodyweight, deadlift from 1.2x bodyweight - 2.2x bodyweight, ive put on 7-8 kgs, lost about 3-4% of bodyfat (at 6-8%) atm, shed 1 second of my 100m time, (now low-mid 11s, used to be low 12s).

This isnt even the best results yet. If i dont get injured during this next VJB program/upper bodyworkouts i guarantee you ill have a low-mid 40 vert for both 2 legged and right leg, and mid-high 30s for standing vert, and ill prolly be running high 10's for 100m coz ive got like 6 months before i test it again.

I swear man all it is is patience, hard work, smart practise and eating right. The best gains come over time not when some kid says they only gained 2 inches from some program and completely quit because they dont experience the gains they want in a short amount of time rather then an extended period.

Only tvp and gmv a little are crap, vjb is alright but still Athletic Advantage is better.
