Well, is there any height porgram that is not a scam?

I am 6'1 and 15 years old. My dream height is anything 6'3+. Hopefully I will be at least 6'2.5, but i really wanted extra inch or two.

Anyone know any programs? It can be paid or not, doesnt matter as long it works lol

there r 'growth' programs out there ive seen em here n there(hoop magazines)

not sure if they actually work though...

im pretty sure a.j.ing has some

its just a bunch of stretches u do,n i think u do something like hang of a pole or som crap...

and it i dont see any1 being able to do some program that makes u grow i mean think bout it every1 its all genetic stuff.

It's not all genetics. If it was, explain to me how some identical twins are different heights?

Yea, its not a major difference, but eating healthy and exercising can help. You can also stretch your spine about 1-2 inches in probably about a year of doing the stretches.

man, if u 6'1 and 15 ur gonna be 6'3. when do u turn 16? im 14 and 2 months and im 5'9 and im gonna be about 6'2-6'3

Yea theres no way to determine your future height, they can only estimate because of your parents height. Any other tests they do are just estimates.

look lets say ppl do stretches those are gona get u like 1-2 inches a year if ur lucky height is siriously somethin genetic like if u dont have it why bother doin stretches everyday for 3 inches a year im 5'8 15 and accept it plus i like it i love playin pg.

well i am, actually just hanging from a pole tons, but look up a growth chart on youtube, they tell u roughly how tall u gonna be
