i am sik of seeing these same old threads there hav been atleast 6 like these ive seen

ziani does a lotta stretching i heard he used 2 b an acrobat,n he is also a kickboxer

i dont think he does any real program

Is plyometric training a waste of time for someone that doesn't have a base of strengh?

Plyometric training works by boosting 2 things:

A: The ability to move efficiently

B: The ability to display strength more rapidly.

In someone without a base of strength and with lack of cordination, it may help slightly to improve the ability to move efficiently, but won't do anything to help rapidly express strength that you don't have.


i found that on that site does that mean wat i think it means or does it mean somethin else

i think it is sayin if u have no strngth base (which i dont kno how to get) then there is no point of u doin plyos if u really wana get ur vert up is that right?

and is vjb bodyweight or weights the way to build that strngth base?

btw. Here's what it says for Ziani lol:
A minimum level of flexibilty is necessary, but too much is just as bad as too little. As for Khadour Zhiani, see the above description of the guy with 20 inch legs and a 75% Fast twitch ratio. Couple that with 5% body-fat and a perfect bone and tendon structure and you could get results sitting on your ass playing video games.

Perfect bone structure?! I thought he had chicken legs ...

he has said that he trains, but with bodyweight exercises not weights, and that he was not born with a good vert... EDIT: if kadour has a 75% fast twitch ratio then wouldnt he be one of the fastest runners? no1 is born with that many fast twitch fibres

man you guys are fools if you believe its genetics, I talked to him in person in Paris, anyways kelly makes him look like the perfect genticly gifted athlete so his "teachings" make sense, he's 511 with low body fat and YEARS of reactive strength building up, he's also flexible.

he has great genetics cuse his body adapts so well to his training if you do the exact same exercises as him you will still never have a 56 inch vertical,btw who said he wasn't fast?
