Default My Attempts At Dunking

Im 15 and 6'1. I went to the park trying to dunk. The rim was 9'10.5 me and my friend measured it. I am in the middle of VJB Novice Weights and Novice Plyos so I am really sore and tired. I can usually palm the ball and make it look more like a dunk but it was freezing and my hand were cold. Please tell me how many more inches I need to dunk it. Constructive criticism please.

looking at the vid id say 8 inches to dunk 10-12 to do it cleanly, it will come later on, go look how werm jumps and watch the foot he jumps of how it flicks behind the other 1. Also try to drive your knee up faster and with more force because your keeping your jumping leg completely straight when you jump.

Wow thanks I just saw that I was not bending my takeoff leg at all. Thats probably why my jumps are never so consitent. Thanks alot man thats the type of criticism I need. I will definetly watch Werns jumps again.

I can palm the ball but could not today cause it was cold so I lost like 2-3 inches.
Ill also post a video of me tip dunking in an actual game.
I will also post a video at the end of the week or at the start of next week where I will show you what I can do in an INSIDE basketball gym where it warm.

oops sorry my account got banned because I had "copyrighted" NBA videos on it. I will show you a video of me dunking from an alley from my friend at the end of this week or at the start of next week. I will also show you some my vertical test and Ima measure the rim. It will be in an INSIDE court.
