Default My Vertical Gains

Hey, everyone, after long workouts and many injuries these are my results form the jump program vjb and:

BEFORE VJB BEGGINER PLYOS+ BODYWEIGHT:
STANDING: 18 inches
Running: 19 inches

AFTER:
STANDING: 24.5 inches
Running: 25.5-26 inches

I have seen a gain of about 6-7 inches from the vjb begginer plyos and bodyweight even though I sprained my ankle twice while doing it.

Sorry about your ankle, try to use ankle braces. They help. Alot.

Those are good gains. But as you train more the gains get smaller and smaller. The closer to the top you get the smaller the steps become. Eventual you get to the point where an inch is a good gain.
