I agree. Practice makes perfect. It's the ultimate thing. No matter how effective vertical program you find, you will never ever gain anything if you don't work on it.
If it's too easy, it is most probably a scam.
I have an above average vertical leap and I achieved that by grabbing as many rebounds as I could. I was often playing against taller guy so I was compelled to jump as high as I can. Now, that helped a lot. The bottom line is, you have to jump. You can gain anything just by reading about these new revolutionery "short-cuts" that we come across and expect to gain anything.
