It's not done yet. He says there are a few things wrong with the sets and reps of some exercises, and is adding a page on isometrics, the importance of stretching and and some tips on jumping and pre-game warm ups.
What I like about it is that it is not just vertical jump, but very good conditioning and cardio workout. If you have never run stairs, it is a very good exercise.
