if u have bball practice everyday or just practice your game a lot, you can do phase II beginner's plyos if you want. But, lessen the amount of sets and reps because when u play bball during practice, ur getting plyometric exercise such as when you sprint and shoot (u shoot, u jump, u jump = plyos).
