Default A few Dunks for You Fellas

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rKxtaFtUqtM

After a 90+ game season, one tour and a 1 degree hamstring pull... I still had a little bounce. This was almost 5 years ago before all these new kids starting biting stuff, I"ll post the between the legs 1 leg 360 from behind the board from a session a few days after this, once I dig out the video. This is my favorite video not for the dunks but because the Zoom Flight Turbines I had on were prototypes with Tensile Air in them and not Zoom Air... They were lovely.

It's been on a few sites, Power Plyos but they would not revise that weak program so I had him take it down and only use the few promos I did for the actual video, Its on the instructional video for the Power Jumper & Power Sprinter because I wrote most of those programs and it was up on Program 51 because I wrote most of that program also. I was endorsing Kickz shoes and gear for the last 3 years so parts of this vid and some stuff I did wearing their Chiefgliders was posted on their site and on some of their DVD's and promo stuff. The Harlem Wizards had parts of it posted, I also had a ball handling & tricks vid flying around out there for a while.

I just focus my time on training other guys and helping them try to reach a level beyond what I was doing there. My running vert at that time was 55, maybe only 48 or 49 on that vid because I had a pulled hamstring and could not extend or stop without tweaking it more so I was only going about 65 or 70%. I have two guys I'm training right now who I think I can push to 57!!! I'll try to find some more vids I did and post it for you guys during the weekend when I have a bit more free time. I'll also try to post some training vids for everyone soon also.
