Default Qn regarding my jumping style

OK so my running one-legged vert and my standing vert are almost the same, around 26 to 27 inches. But I thought running vert is supposed to be way higher than standing vert? Also, I find doing VJB Bodyweights much much harder than the Novice Plyos.

So am I like a 2-legged jumper or something?

You're a strength jumper. Bodyweight training is really hard, but that's what you have to do if you don't have access to weights. You should notice big gains from the plyos though to your running vert.

a well balanced athlete will have about 5-6" difference between his standing vert and running vert.
