For the first 3 plyos can help but I'm assuming your season is coming up so you don't want to do that. Just wait until the offseason for that.
For ballhandling, try and increase ur finger strength. Fingertip pushups can help. You could always dribble in your driveway or something.

Oh, then just strengthen your fingers. Not much else you can do. Non dribble figure 8 can help I guess. You can also practice pounding it from hand to hand to get a better grip.

Re: help on certain aspects of my game
u could skip, it helps keep u on your feet an bouncy so i guess that could improve your agility. for dribbling do fingertip pushups, wrist curls and squeezing a tennis ball when u walk around the house. for speed u could do sprints but i guess its too cold there, so u could do plyometrics, that will also help ur explosiveness but would be better if u did it with some bodyweight exercises, so u could do vjb which goes for 12 weeks, so put together a 12 week program

Was just thinking of the same thing, you can do the VJB beginner's plyometric workout and the bodyweight exercises. At the very least, you will gain, explosiveness, quickness and agility with that. As for the dribbling exercise, maybe you can do tennis ball dribbles and other exercises that won't be too disruptive but the best thing I guess is go to the court earlier than your buddies and practice there so you can get used to the court's surface and go straight to the game at the same time.
