Default Please Help ASAP

Even though I cant squat 1.5x my body weight can I still start VJB Novice Weights and Novice Plyos together? The plyos seem very easy to me.

yes you can do both. the idea of novice weights is to get you to 1.5 bodyweight.

Also what should I do first Novice PLyos or Novice Weights if Im doing them both on the same days?

i depends if you care more about your explosive power or your strength. i would do weights in the morning and plyos in the afternoon. or the other way around.

i would do one at about 10 am and the other one around 4 pm.

if you do not have a schedule like that i would wait a half hour between each workout.

Aight, so when I get home I'll do Novice Plyos at 3:00 and weights at 4:00.

Also should the first week I do 60% of my max 2nd week 80% 3rd week 100%. Than the next phase start with a new max since it probably gonna go up?

How often should I take a week off?
