Default Knee problems

I been having knee soreness latly. any suggestions to remove this problem, i been playing basketball and lifting weight.

Vertical jump: 42 inches

Stop weights!!!, and probably try to cut down on the amount of ball u play

giv ur legs a rest for a few days, if it continues get some knee braces and see the doctor

stretch, put ice on it and rest for a few days. the best solution is to probably go see the doctor's like ajing said. hope u get well soon.

is 42 inches your running or standing vertical jump

I would just rest a few days, and if it doesn't get better see a doctor. Pretty much what the other guy said.

Stop plyos. Try iso squats if it is tendinitis.

If the pain is on the bottom of your kneecap you have tendonitis. All you need to do is not play for liek a week and stretch 3X a day. Not a big deal. College and NBA players get tendonitis all the time but at the most they miss like 2 games because of it
