Default lateral resistor

has anybody tried the lateral resistor. does it help defensively on def slides. they sell it on jumpusa

Its garbage, only way to jump higher is weight training or ployo like kadour.

i suggest buying a program and using it.

I used an old bike tire tube (or a couple), wrapped them around my legs and did slides. It was cheap and effective.

I didn't really have a set program. I used them before my senior year in college, and I would do a few sets of lateral slides from one side of the free-throw lane to the other each time after shooting around in the gym.
