Question about VJB
Just got VJB today. I had used AA3 for a few weeks, gained a few inches, but it really started to hurt my knees. I'm back in good health, and so I am confused on something with VJB.
There are 3 phases for the beginner workout, do you complete each phase at one time or do phases 1-3 for that week each day., meaning:
Phase 1: Do it For 3 Weeks
Then move to Phase 2 and do that for 3 weeks, then go to phase 3
or
Week 1: Phase 1, 2, 3
Week 2: Phase 1, 2, 3
