Guys i will start vjb now but i dont know what is
Ankle jump -
4-star drill -
Alternating lunges-
Jump squat -
Slalom jumps -
Lunge jumps -
Low squat ankle jump -
1-legged 4-star drill -
1-leg ankle bounce -
Knees to chest tuck jump -
Low side to side box jump -
Standing broad jump -
Stationary squat jump -
1-2-3 jump -
1-leg slalom jump -
Low squat foot jump into paused lunge -
Box Squat jumps -
Barrier jumps (hurdle jumps) -
Lateral cone jump -
3-steps + jump for height -
1-leg step up jump -
Ricochet jumps off low box or stairs -
Knees to chest tuck jump -
Low depth jump for height -
Power skipping -
Shock drop jumps (altitude landings – use a box 20% higher then best vertical- land on toes in ¼ squat position) -
Squat jump bounding with pause -
Can somebody explain me? or just some of them other ppl will to, plz!

lol that's a lot of exercises. just read the book or if your lazy, just scan for the exercise descriptions. should be near the beginning of the book though.

i dont really but i guess u culd do the warmups in it or just jog on the spot for a min or sumtin

there is a whole section about warmup and stretching, it tells you how you should stretch and how you shouldn't. and a whole program about warmup before workout, well, i don't do it anyway, i just do a little warmup like jogging. anyway, read the whole thing.

There is a portion of VJB dedicated to exercise explanations, along with diagrams. Now if the description or the diagrams are still not clear, you can always google them up, right?

there are a few that arent too clear in the descriptions and a couple u dont have to do. just make a thread asking the ones u dont understand when u are up to them
