Default Help Me With Vjb Please.

Hey evryone.! I am new to this forum and decided to quit AA3 after 5 weeks and start VJB. I am 15 years old. 6'1 and 165 pounds. My reach is 8f eet. My running vertical is 25 inches. My question is in the Novice Weight Training it has schedule A and B. Do I do both of them in the same day? Or d I do A one day and B the next day that I work out? Please help. Also after I do the Novice weight training will I be able to dunk? Right now I can get about 1 inch above the rim. O sometimes lay it up with touchin the rim.

EDIT: Thanks to both of you fro answering my queston.
I have one more quesion.
Ok so Ima just do the Novice Weightlifting for now. It says that the last two phases you should add plyos correct? But My question is when I do add plyos to the last two phases of Novice weighlifting, will I start plyos from the beginning or the last two phases of plyos. Also should it be beginner plyos or novice plyos?

its betta if u do em on the same day, 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon

Lets say if my schedule is like this

Novice Weightlifting

Mon-Off
Tues-Lower Body A and B (squat, leg curl, calf raise, deadlift, barbell lunge, 1 leg calf raise)
Wed-Off
Thur-Off
Fri-Lower Body A and B (squat, leg curl, calf raise, deadlift, barbell lunge, 1 leg calf raise)
Sat and Sun-Off


Would it look like that?

if u are doin plyometrics then good and u should probably do the second one on thursday but it dont really matter

No Im only doing the novice weight training. Im confused because it says workout A and workout B for the weights. so do i do both of them on the same day or do i do workout A on Monday and B on Friday?

Kdub, don't listen to him... just do it like VJB suggest...

plyos
leg day A
1 or 2 day rest
plyos
leg day B
1 or 2 day rest

...just allow it to fit into one weeks time. btw, read the whole VJB... i know its long but u'll benefit from it.

Well thank you for both of your responses. So I wanna clear things up. My work schedule would look like this.

Mon-Off
Tues-Novice weights workout A + plyos
Wed-Off
Thur-Off
Fri-Novice weights workout B + plyos
Sat and Sun-Off
