I think 1 leg is great on the break so you don't have to slow down and gather yourself to go off two legs. But, two legs is better in traffic, so you can take a hit and still smash it on someone .

I jump off two. Two is good to muscle your way to the hoop, but if you're a small guy, like me, one would be better since I wouldn't be spending much time under the basket.

i jump off 1 mainly. i can jump off 2 pretty well tho. its about 2 inches lower than my running. i wanna be able to have a 40+ vert off 1 leg and 2. then i would be so dominant
