Default Jumping technique

Hi i wanted to know if someone could give me advice on how to learn to jump of one foot. because i can grab the rim when i jump of 2 feet but i am 4-5 inches away from simply touching it when i jump of 1 foot.
I really wanna learn to jump of one foot cuz i dunk on my 9'5 hoop but i have to be close to the basket to dunk it because its hard to jump of 2 feet from far. if i could jump one 1 foot, i could jump from farther to make a dunk.
So i need help!
Thnx

well basically one foot jumping is the sort of jump you would do when you're taking a layup, in terms of form anyway.

i wouldnt be able to tell you much on IMPROVING your one legged jump, besides improving your single legged strength, coz i myself am a 2-foot jumper =/

just do single legged exercises

and i heard from somewhere that 1 legged jumpers are higher level in plyo's and i guess low in strength so im guessing do plyo's*

*not sure so don't follow until there's a confirmation

well i think i did aot of pylo's because ive done air alert 3 until week 14 before stopping (because of knees pain and the exercice were way too hard). and i saw some improvements on my 1 leg jump. but the biggest improvement was for my 2 leg jumping

not really, aa3 is more of an endurance program, and a little of strength. plyos are low rep, 2-3 set exercises which are meant to be done explosively with full power

how are you supposed to do 4 sets of 500 burnouts at 100% strength, or 4 sets of 150 leap ups at full strength?
