the testimonials may say that some pro/college team uses it but i don't think it can be all that good. My friend said that he used something like a vertimax type machine when he was doing volleyball but he's 5'11 and can't get rim so I don't think it's too effective.

i got a buddy who has a Supercat. actually he's an admin on my site. he loves it. my HS use to have one... not sure anymore though. if you have any Qs about the device, you'll have to ask him... TVS remember?
