Default Preseason Basketball training

hey,can somebody help me on what to train for a preseason,i know its too late now but i wanna be really prepared for next year,so should i do this workout

or should i do the novice strength training vjb thing and combine with this

which one do u think is better?or can u recommend something else more effective? thanks

well what i did for preseason was i did 50 pushups a day and 100 situps aday i didnt train my legs(kinda stupid) i did dumbell curls also for shooting strength

one type of training i'd rather do over all preseason training is good skills practice. you couldnt do anything worse than come in for the first few games of the season not being able to hit a shot or get past one or two defenders coz your losing control of the ball =p

yeah but i mean its always an advantage if u have that much more amount of strength than ure opposition,and i wont just do strength training,of course ill train my skills
