They recently discovered the gene that helps determine your height and it sure as hell hasn't got anythging to do with a pill or powder. Definitely all grow tall stuff is a scam.

this was my first thought too. but aside form the pills and powder they say diffrent stretches and things to stretch out your spine will give you an extra 3-6 inches i mean i would believe maybe an inch if your spine is curved and you straiten it but 3-6

i have 2 frowth programs. also powder can help. what was this stuff they found jdub. hgh is what helps u grow. its made up of amino acids. also in these programs they have stretches that help u grow. i dont know how well they work but they make ur spine fell great and stretched out. once u get 50 posts pm me and i can give them to you

Growth Hormone helps put on muscle size but your how tall you are is genetically determined. Pills and powders may help you pack on size quicker, recover quicker, jump higher etc, but until they can start changing your DNA they will not make you grow taller.

yes it can help u grow but i admit most of it is genes. but how u treat urself affects it too. u have to look after yourself and eat healthy. those powders can increase ur height but not by much. i recomend u use the stretches

i think all that grow taller stuff is bullshit

its not lol, all the stretches do help. iv been using them sometimes
