i do have this program but im only week 3 it is so far good i have got about 2 inches so far on my standing vert and i dont do the weight part just the plyos. and yes it does have a pre-test it makes your program to your needs lets say ur a 1 legged jumper its going to give u a program to increase that and get ur 2 legged jumping up

oh so what kind of test is it?

like a question answer test or you measure your one leg then two leg then the program tells you what to do?

the tests are a number of jump related tests such as running vert, standing vert, max squat, optimal depth jump height etc that the program uses to determine what your strengths and weaknesses are. From the results of those tests it puts together a program that is designed to improve those weaknesses. I believe Ath Advantage is the bets program on the market.

cause i saw it as a pdf somewhere and i didnt see any tests so im guessing i just saw a fake copy

i think i might pick it up but im not sure if its worth it cause i only need like 3 inches to dunk so i can probably make my own program and get those 3 inches

i mean i havent spent money on a program cause you can find almost everything on the internet now days. athletic adv is pretty smart for making it a cd.
