nice find, oh and kadour does bodyweight exercises, he also stretches 4 hours a day. he doesnt believe in using weights

that was random? r u talking about jumping progs lyk vjb or sumthing? u test ure vert to see if u jump higher. u will have a wall measurer in ur bball stadium at skool lol
