Default new guy

hey everybody

i saw this site and looks like everybody knows their stuff when it comes to vertical jump training so I have a few questions.

Okay so my current situation is that I'm doing GMV and I'm on week 10. Also at the same time im doing VJB bodyweights but Im only on phase 2 week 3

So my question is this

should i complete vjb before I go for like a week of recovery or should I do like a week of recovery after Im done with GMV (because ill finish it before im finished with vjb) and then go back and complete VJB?

AND I was wondering if i should do the pool plyo's after completing everything

thanks

i think u should have a week off everything once u have finished gmv and then repeat it from week 5 or something while u finish vjb
