Default VJB Between Phases

Hey Everyone. Its probably a stupid question, and one thats right in front of me in the VJB manual but i cant find it. How Long should you take off training between phases? Helps appreciated. Laters

well i personally didnt know myself, but i asked the same question to kelly bagget,suggesting whether taking a week off would be ideal or not, and he said it'd be beneficial if you did so.

that's my two cents i reckon you could also rest up and test your vert near the end of that week. get maximum results ^^

between phases u have to take rest? kelly said that? i read that one should take a week off between programs.! no rest between phases!!

ummm ive read all of VJB and there is no rest between phases buddy only rests between different programs like completin one then going onto another...but Kelly said tat????

maybe more rests = more gains

Thanks guys! Yeh i read sumwere, n i cant remember where that u shoot take some time off, but i couldnt remember if i was imaginin it or not. This forum is pretty sick!!!! How are u findin the bodyweights program SkyHigh??? Im in my 3rd week, 1st work out, and havent seen any gains, but my legs feel like there gettin stronger from it. Will have to wait and see when i let em recover for a little bit.

hey bro, we are doing the same program exact same phase same workout and we are having the same problem.

Yeh man, I havent seen any gain as yet, and im still gettin round to doin all this journal stuff haha. But hopefully after i give myself a bit of time off for rest in between phase 1 and 2 it shows a gain, cause at the moment im just realli pretti much doin the training twice a week plus alot of otha stuff like ball every day, cause its my week off uni , oh and nite clubbing u can neva forget the amount of running, walking n dancing u end up doin and usin ur legs then hahaha
