a question
this question may be stupid. which part of the the body is most important for vertical jump? shin, calf or what?

its ok man, for the longest time, we thought it was the quads but its actually the ENTIRE p-chain, not 1 particular muscle,
the p-chain is lower back, hammis, calves, and the glutes!

thanks, i was just wondering which is the master one. so those muscles of the p-chain are equally important?

yea well u can do single leg deadlift with just your bbody weight!

even if u are doing excersices soley targeting those muscles of the p-chain it aint gon get ya vert up much so dont excpect huge gains just doin deadlifts,calve raises and glute ham raise .just do a good program and follow it,recover and train right.
