Default Shin Injury help

Ok i started feelin pain on ma left shin about 2 weekz ago n i still feel it. this strtd wen i realised dat i can jump higher jumpin from 1 leg so that day i practiced 4 ages (roughly about 3 hours playin ball at da park) n afta dat ma left shin haz been hurtin evrytym i take of 1 leg consecutive tymz, i can run without a problem buh i jus hurtz wen im takin off that leg. I dno if itz shin plintz i really hope it aint, if it iz wotz da best wayz 2 recover frm it? coz i stopd ballin 4 about 5 dayz n it woz better but wen i strd jumpin agen it came bak i had 2 stop VJB coz i dnt wanna get it any worse

Running vert went to 29-30

Go see a doctor,that's the smartest move you can do I think you over-streched it or something,it'll be fine

ur gettin shin splits.... trust me i had the same probelm from playin too much bball on concrete. take at least a week off.

you dont want to worsen it into shin splints. also getin springbak soles help. my shin problems disappeared afer using it

Damn i had a feeling that woz it, all dis summer ive been at tha park 5 dayz a week for 3 hrs jus practicin jus hope dat it heals soon ma season wit tha team im playin 4 strtin sept 3rd

well any problems iv ever had with my legs have ended when i went to my chiropracter(hes a really cool guy) and he adjusted my legs lots of times and he ordered this oprthodic and ever since then i have not had a problem. But the reason i got the orthodic was because i had a very bad arch.


btw does anyone know, would jump roping count as a plyometric exercise?

why wont you go to the doctor if its not healing but the older you are the slower you heal

the first thing u should do is go c a doctor man and lay off any activity which hurts

itz gettin a lil bit better now i woz tld by tha doctor 2 take 2 ibuprofen tabletz a day n use an ice pack i hope ittl heal soon ma ball season strtin on munday. Rangerid hw lng did it take 4 urz heal??
