is it okay to work hamstrings and quads, in 1 day?

i dunno... i know training opposite muscles for upperbody is cool on teh same day, not sure about lower. sry

yes of cource you can work the quads and hamstring on the same day. most leg exercises work both atleast a little, like a deep squat works the quads and hamstrings. so yes do them both on the same day.

When you work legs, you're supposed to work your whole leg in the same day, it's not like bodybuilder programs where they do split routines all the time. When you do squats, you'll be working everything. When you do leg curls you'll also work the glutes. So yes not only is it okay, but you SHOULD be doing it.
