Palming
hey rangerid or redsoxfan15 or anyone
have you made that ball palming program that rangerid was talking bwt?
i rekn it would be a realy good program to make cuz if you can palm the ball real well its good for dunking, passing ect
any one got any surgestions on what to do ta be able to plam the ball

gripping the ball is grip strength, this is called grip experts, i dont know if its legal, here
and on the web there is good articles
took down grip experts if you need it message me.

Every night before going to sleep, try to palm the ball for ten minutes, It worked for me .

yea, i remember that someone (maybe rangerid) was making that program like three months ago. but i think the best way is simply just trying to palm the ball. i think if you do that when you have free time and do that a lot, you will be able to palm the ball well.

just do them wrist curl things with weights, finger pushups and practice palming the ball

im thinking the squeezy thingo ma bobby's which work both your fingers/forearms. they're really good. but i cant remember what they're called, but i got one =p

do you mean stress balls, i would just use hand grippers, my goal is to close the ivanko super gripper with three springs, thats enough so if i could shake someones hand and break it.

yeeah, i did make a program but i never followed it everyday or when i was supposed to.
i still managed to grip the ball now eral well.
i use a bball specailly made for outdoor and when it gets dirty, the leather feels worn out and soft and i can grip it really well. so i kinda stopped my grippin exercise
my advice is to get a new bball every 2 months if it gets worned otu and get the spalding ones with the good leather, i forgot the naem. right now i am using the Wilson Streetball, and its leather is real nice. so i cna palm ball real good right now./
