Default VJB Question

I have the program now i'm having trouble getting started. Hes telling me to do 4-star drills and other kinds of jumps and I have no clue what a 4 star drill is..someone help I know im an idiot.

have you even read the exercise descriptions from VJB? there was about 15 pages of exercises and their descriptions.

yea the first thing u shud do is look at the exercise descriptions in vjb, and i remember the 4 star drill being somewhere near the front.....

alright that may be it I just went straight to Beginners plyometric workout..maybe i should've read more ;p.. well thanks everyone for the replies.
