Default Upperbody

can someone please post an upperbody workout? i would like one that gives good results and i dont care how difficult it is. im 13 and i have football 3-4 times a week. i really want to get stronger. thanks

go to bodybuilding.com they have gud stuff there.there is a lott u can do wif bodywieght alone like pushups(inclinem,knuckel,explosive,and so on)dips,chin ups and boxing.free weights and a rod will really help 2.and dunn worry u can lift weights at ya age.u dont hav osgoschlatter syndrome???

a really good exercise is the dipping exercise in the charles atlas course, i would add that to your program, the exercise is also listed for free on his site so google him.
