No

Depends on your genetics,

Stay away from Squats/Deadlifts, They both release TONS of testosterone which makes estrogen which leads to bone maturation.

Don't lift heavy weights, dude you're 14 just practice your skills and worry about your vert when your in college.

i dont know where you got that shit from but if you dont want to raise your vert, then you stay away from squats/deadlfits.

they dotn release tons of testo... testo is the thing that your body use up not produce when you do heavy maximal effort exercises. what ever you got that info from is incorrect.

alright, unknown, say you are right.

There must be millions of athlete who squat and deadlift, in fact, deadlfit is the second best exercise out there. you dont see any problems with them now do you? you probably read that somewhere and i believe you did, but you cant beleive everything you read. i certainly dont. you might have liked what you read and believed it.

thats the worst thing taht can happen. you have to criticize something and think about it. as for squats and deadlift being bad, tehy are bad if you dont know how to do it properly. in fact, any form of weight training is bad if you dont do it properly.

now it would really help if you tell me where you go that from.
