Default Recovery-stretching??? When Not Doing Training

OK guys,im doing VJB begginers plyo's,and im starting phase 2 this week,and im using some of luke lowrys recovery tips and the '10 things u can do 2day to increaese ya vert'.alright in the TVP in the recovery section it says stretching numerous types a day as one of da parts of recovery.does he mean heavy static stretching??or the other type of stretching....could someone please tell me???cause ive been doing heavy static stretching up 2 3 times a day since i started VJB....should i stop it and do the other kind of strecthing if there is one...or carry on wit da heavy static and wait until i finish phase 2 to c results(cause i got up 2 phase 2 last time i did it and i saw results after it but i had to stop cause of some osgoschlatters syndrome,but now im over dat)please help

Though i dont do P90x anymore, the X-Stretch and Yoga-X are excellent.

Yeah do p90x stretching, its excellent adn its fairly basic but covers the whole body

well it says strecthing in TVP and heavy static is the only 1 i noe of.im gonna research the others soon.

according to luke static stretching is vital AFTEr workouts. also have you seen Kadour Ziani he is a circus freak! on best Damn he touched the board with his foot. so stretching is important

well rapidshare is free and i have customized programs that speeds up my overall download speed. I will make a thread soon on all the popular ebooks and vids and you guys acn get it there
