im seeing a lotta threads on people saying y they arnt gaining and y they r getting injured....u must train right and these things wont happen..also recovery is very important(people who hav read and understand TVP noe this..read my thread on recovery its very gud)...some injuries go away over and u just gotta get used 2 ova time..others r srs..u must noe wat u r doing..read ya programs well..i suggest anyone srs about vert should read TVP..dont say i dont like reading..tat dont cut it..u want da best results..read it and understand it.. just follow ya programs properly..and make sure u r doing a gud program like VJB or TVP or even jump experts...
