Default help me with shooting

i was balling today and i havent balled for about a week cuz weve been noving... now all my shots are hard and terrible... i used to have a nice nice shot... but not anymore??? what should i do>?

ill try 2 explain start with the ball in ur shot pocket elbows to side bring the ball up bend ur wrist back then give the ball a hard flick and jump and when u flick the ball dont flex ur wrist. oh and lean back sometimes

elbows to the side.... they are supposed to be in... i tohught... and i know how to shoot... but i just cant find my freaking touch... it used to be soooooooooooooooo soft... now it isnt

this happened to me to when i got back from vacation.
ok its really easy to fix just shoot the way you used to. even if you miss its ok just keep shooting until you find your shot again.then you will be as good as new........or at least you will shoot like you used to

2 hours are not enough. when it happens to me, i would keep pratice shooting no matter how long it takes until i can make more than 10 threes in a row, that's what i did.

ok... im gonna use my legs more... idk... its soooooo frusterating!

if you are on vacation you can still practice your shootin form. just bring a basketball and focus on a spot on the floor, shoot the ball up and try to hit that spot.

once your shot is off when you come back. stand about 3 steps away from the basket and shoot with 1 arm. this is the best technique i know and i use it all the time when i feel a shooting slump coming.
