Default From AA to VJB

Im in week 6 of air alert N i think its jus stupid, you cant do 2 sets of 50 leap ups each at maximum force, i might try to finish week 6, but as of now i feel it could ruin my knees N im scares.

Im probably gonna switch to VJB since i already have it.
Anybody have any advice to what i should start doing ?
N my question is, do i have to kno what some of the excercises are ? Cuz i dont see them all explained, i.e ankle jumps ( I kno that sounds self explanatory ), theres so much to read i dont kno if theres a section where the excercises are explained or not so... Y'kno, thanks in advance

Yes switch to VJB!!! AA is knee killer!!! Do beginner plyometrics & bodyweight exercises or novice strength training if you have weights. and look at the bookmarks it has the pics and descriptions of exercises.

Yes, there are explained all exercises in VJB. AA is for endurance, but in jump u need strenght and reactivity. hmm..i did air alert and trought the program my knees were OK..

aight cool, i think my vertical stands around 30 inches now, my knees are ok too but... i felt slight discomfort which made me think AA was getting to the point where it was gonna screw up my legs some how.

I have weights but im reading people do both the plyometric and weight training in tha same week, should I do that?

If im doin beginner plyo & body weight, it says to do plyos two times a week, would that be with 3 days of rest inbetween workouts?

Thats true, but if you do VJB novice weights, its good not to do weigths for first 2 phases just so u can get more strength gains
