Question Stats

Some of you guys have in your sig your body fat percentage your vert jump running and standing and some other info. I was wondering how you get this information because it would be useful to me when i start doing VJB next week.

I tried the 'How Do You Measure Up?' by §P¥ÐÄ, but the link doesnt work. Are there any other programs or sites that will do the same, because i want to see how much i improve and stuff.

Thanks

go on Google and type in body fat percentage and it will come up with a list of sites where u can test it. for the vertical jump, an easy way to measure it is to hold a piece of chalk in you hand and reach as high as u can on a wall, then u dram a dot with the chalk. then jump as high as u can and mark on the wall with the chalk wen u get to the top of your jump. measure the difference between the marks and that is your vertical jump. you can also use a machine thing where there is a big line on the wall with measurements on it. u reach up and make it so your hand is on the zero wen you are reaching as high as u can, then jump and touch the highest point on the machine that u can and that is your vertical jump. they look something like this but this is an expoensive version with velcrow strips http://www.performbetter.com/detail....tegoryID_E_198

u can find them in most gyms or probably in your sports stadium at school.
