W4SB Question
Can someone explain all the running day exercises for me?
I hardly know any of them.
I probably have done most of them at some point but I don't know what they are called.
Thanks.

The Westside for Skinny Bastards program on Joe Defranco's site.
Kyle: I haven't done it, so I'm not sure, sorry.
