Smile a way to make air alert safe

i and everybody agree that airalert causes overtraining shin splints tendinitis and headaches this has been proven dangerous and i agree it was dangerous but there is a safe way to do this and prevent injury it is called the springbak insole you have probably heard of this it increases your vertical; by two inches. and it guarantees if you use these while doing plyos you will not get shin splints , and it makes it almost impossible to get tendinites and prevents ligament tears and small fractures. i bought these and now my vert increased two inches i will update my vertical on my signature. believe me this makes air alert about 90 percent safer i have been studying this for a while and there is a way. it also increases recovery time so you heal quicker tell me what you think.

like 25 dollars , i know air alert is dangerous but not with these they are amazing. i increased my standing vert three inches, and i dont even trust air alert without these.

Ive had the springbaks for 2 months now...it mightve increased my vertical by an inch or so but more importantly i can definitely feel less stress while i'm sprinting or jumping. 25$ is a bit pricy for a pair of soles but id recommend it. and redsoxfan do u kno if weight plays a factor in the effectiveness of springbaks? cuz i only weigh 135 so maybe thats why i only got an inch out of them

i dont think weight matters but they are more effectice if you are more explosive and i already had a high vert thats prob why i got three.

just wondering, with the springbak insoles, do you get that gain only by wearing it? will you still keep that gain if you were to take them out?

im only 6 feet so im not that tall so my vert makes up for it but you may only get two inches i have a lot of power so i got three, i have heard that people have gotten as much as six inches but i doubt it i think the max is three what i got.
