hey, i was wondering if anybody has done the special unnanounced bonus in tvp. its the ripped to the bones abs one and if u got good results.

i do p90x ab ripper-x

i am also doing the p90x series on weight lifting.

in my opinoion p90x is the best program out there... any1 interested in it should pm me

the tvp upper body wont make you strong...it only doubles power output.

TVP doesnt make your muscles stronger it is supposedly doubles your power output

training power output for upperbody will help you lift more weight because youll be more explosive.
