Talking my summer training program(starting today)

at least 200 shots a day ore more

Summer Workout Program
Week Push Ups Dip Crunches Sit ups running crunches
1 1 x 25 1 x 15 1 x 25 1 x 25 1 x50
2 1 x 25 1 x 25 1 x 25 1 x 25 1 x50
3 2 x 25 1 x 35 2 x 25 2 x 25 1 x 60

5 1 x 50 2 x 30 1 x 50 1 x 50 1 x 65
6 1 x 50 1 x 60 1 x 50 1 x 50 1 x65

i got ^ that from somewhere

should i increase shotS?

suggestionsi wanan increase as much as possible phiscally (without having to bu anything for bball season)

i don't really need a dribbling programs

you always need a dribbling program no matter how good you are.

Babysauce, basketball SKILL WORK is non-taxing which means it doesnt interfere with getting stronger. (I asked Kelly Bagget about that) So it means that you can do as much skill work any time you want. I practice more than 500 jumpshots a day and practice dribbling with low intensity for about 1-1.5 hour

one thing tho..u must make sure yuor skill work is low intensity..by that it means like a 5 minute break every 20 minutes or every 100 shots. make sure if u do plyos or something u def dotn play full court bball

well today i just did 200 shots then i just messed around

i'm doin my exercises tonight before bed

well seriously i did allllllllllll of my dribbling practices during winter so my emphasis now is mainly shooting so really i'm goin to try to increase that to 300 or maby 400

Exercise before bed=BAD!!!!!

You should do exercise so that you can eat about 15 min after. so if your exercise take you 2 hours then do your exercsies 2.5 hours before dinner. this is to make sure you can use the nutrients from food immediately.

and trust me... Your dribblin can always use improvements and so does your jumpshot.

Unless you're ALL STAR NBA, every aspect of your game needs serious practice. ALL STARS like kobe and iverson (guessing you like him) practice thousands of shots a day and their shot is like perfect and same with dribblin

yeh but he might actually have a social life as well you know he doesn't have to practice at every aspect of his game if he wants to work on his shooting over summer he should im pretty sure he will do some dribbling work anyway but he isn't and all star so he has other things in life he can be doing just get off his back about the dribbling thing

yea i can't dedicate my whole life to bball

(but i do seriously want to play div 1)

so i'm startin to get serious bout bball

and i don't have access to a full court the only court i have acces to is my driveway which is slanted on a hill and thats mostly where i play


thats why i only play bball 2 times a day for 2hours+ and after i did my exercises i ate (seriously lol)
