Default which is the best high vertical program out there?

Hi there, post your experience with a vertical jump program. I've had great experience with Aware jump. I must have gained about 7-8 inches doing that program. I remember my legs were really burning back then. You can check it out at www.aware-jump.com

Peace,

Josh

VJB is the best one for beginners, for TVP u have to have money, equipment and time, that is usually for more advanced peeps

VJB is good for advanced too. TVP is for people whos vert is in their high 30s or 40s. Its good for quick gains.

i think you could probably do tvp with a vert in twenties just dont do altitude jumps or superhops till your vert is higher.

but if your vert is in 20s you would do VJB but you would def see awesoem gains with tVP when your vert is higher. altitude drops is just gona make your vert go skyward!

oh i get it you may want to do vjb first so you also get used to juping high farther. then i reccomend tvp for the extra hight but altitude jumps will also help you go higher and farther because of the power output.
