Exclamation Please Help!!!!!

ok i think i overdid it in split squats for VJB, my legs are sore as hell.

My max squat is around 140 and i was split squattin 85lbs which i think was a bit too much.

i really need help, what is a good amount for me to split squat?!

well you should def do a weight that is comfortable for you try 60 lbs.

K i am def minusing the amount i am doing. i started with left leg at 85 lbs :!

When i got home from gym like 5 min after i treid split squat again with my right leg at 40 lbs with 2 dumbbells and ti was a bit light. i thnk i am gona split squat 50lbs.

well if u can do it then y lessen the weight?? u wanna increse strength... so... its fine.. and mine were super super sore! lessen the repps!

you dont understand, it wasnt that kind of pain, it felt i pulled my muscle and i thnk i might have a little, now every timei do a lunge with my left leg it hurts like hell.

i would get your leg checked or rest it you dont want to make it worse.

i stopped doing split squats as soon as i felt pain so i think i stopped in time. next week i am definetly lightening the load by like 30 lbs...
