Default Jumpers Knee

I got jumpers knee on my both knees lots of pain , anyone else have these problems and how do u fix them?

dont know what jumpers knee is but when i had knee problems i iced them

ice ya knees,stay away from any activity tat hurts it,rest it up until the pain stops,see a doctor is als helpful and using heat packs on it is also good.u should try gels and special anti-inflamitary rubs,they can help speed up da healing process.

yeh hes right it does help alot with that. just be careful not to do much with it at all i had tennis elbow once and i know how much it suck i couldn't bend my arm for weeks you have to let it rest and let your body heal it is really important that you dont play ball either.
