plyos and weights, which first?
everybody said we should do plyos and weights(or bodyweights) on the same day, so should i do plyos first or weights first? provide your supporting points. thank you.

Plyos first to avoid injuries. I am serious.... Do NOT do weights EVER before plyos

in the phil slamma jamma program it also says to do weights after plyos.

on my another thread, you said "I always thought it was the opposite! :O i read somewhere that since plyos is a cardio exercise, it should be done after weight training since weigth training is not good after cardio activites.

You guys don't understand that plyometrics are almost useless unless you have a strong base of weightlifting experience..
Plyometrics are designed for high-ends athletes..
Hit the weights first, when you can squat twice your bodyweight than you can start thinking about plyometrics.

you can do lower intensity plyos i didnt lift weights and i had a 42 standing vert till i broke my foot.
