secrets of the vertical jump
this is similer to the instant verts section this is for posting anything you know to help increase your vertical, use information from any of the products,
you do not have to add stuff already on the other page.
is there anything you do that helps you with your vertical. please write.

i can tell u guys a lotta stuff on this topic,but if i post it it may b illegal in doing so as its from certain copyrtighted material of different resources and programs,PM and ill tell u. |

actually on the instant vert section i posted stuff from every ebook including tvp,vjb, everything.
