VJB is the best if you don't want to waste money. The Vertical Project (TVP) is the best.
vjb is good for you cheap people the vertical project is only the best because even i guarantee you could get a 50 inch vert if you add in his secret exercise and the 50 inch vertical report. you could probably get a 50 inch vertical by just using the bonuses this program is incredible. i think if you devoted two years to the vertical jump without playing your other sports you could probably get to 60 inches
