seems nice and all, considering you just gotta wear them to get the extra vertical, but they kinda expensive, but that's just my opinion.

yeah i used em for about 6 weeks to try to increase my ups for basketball, i gained about 4 inches in vertical, but then i sprained my ankle playing football so i had to stop playing all sports.

by the time i healed up i had loaned them to my brother and he wouldn't give em back.

actually you can get em for cheap too right now off the internet, i forgot where tho. i'll let you know if i remember.
